Hello, my name is Lucy Freeborn

and I believe you are limitless

As a strategy consultant and ACCPH accredited life coach, I have been helping individuals, SMEs and brands find their path for more than 25 years.

I have coached and mentored individuals and teams, keeping people focused, empowered and moving forward. My skills lie in personal life coaching, goal setting, 1-on-1 career strategy and helping people re-connect with their values to create a more purposeful lifestyle.

After a tough few years as a single mum having to find my feet mentally, emotionally and financially, I have developed North Star Consulting. A business specifically aimed at women who feel lost post redundancy, after experiencing a relationship breakdown, childbirth or who are looking to turbo boost their careers or turn their passion into a profession. 

I have specifically trained to help women switch up their lifestyles, find themselves again, get out of a rut and find a renewed purpose in life.

Basically, if you want to start a new adventure in life and make your dreams come true – personal or professional – I’m your woman!

I will work with you to understand the bigger picture of your life, career or business and enable you to identify and achieve your goals.

My DNA is a mix of the deeply analytical (my Granny was one of the code breakers at Bletchley Park!) and creative (my Uncle’s experimental electronic brand are big in Japan…). I am a positive problem solver and find life affirming, inspiration in music and lyrics.
